Warm air without first, second and third gears

Cause analysis:

1, warm air resistor wire is not connected

2, warm air resistor power line is not connected properly

3, warm air resistor wire broken

Troubleshooting method:

1, check whether the warm air resistance wire harness is poor contact

2, with a test lamp to measure whether the resistance is disconnected

The warm air does not work:

Cause analysis:

1, the warm air motor internal jam

2, bad warm air switch

3, the warm air relay is damaged

4, fuse blown

5, warm air motor output wire connector false welding

Troubleshooting method:

1, first check whether the warm air fuse is blown and whether the wire harness plug behind the fuse box is off.

2, with a test lamp to check whether the wiring harness behind the warm air switch, if there is no power, indicating that the warm air relay damage or poor contact relay wiring harness

3、If the wiring harness behind the warm air switch has power, and the warm air motor still doesn’t work when you pull the switch by hand, the warm air switch may be damaged, and then continue to check whether the output power line of the warm air switch has power, if there is power at the output end, you need to check or repair or replace the warm air motor.
