3, flatbed trucks in the diesel engine before shutdown, should be running at idle conditions 3 ~ 5min, so that the supercharger speed down, the temperature is reduced, and listen to the supercharger running sound. If found abnormal should be stopped to check. If the supercharger rotor rotation is not flexible, there is a stagnation or wear sound, must be sent to the conditions of the repair station repair.

4, flatbed truck, every 500h or 30000km after work, should check the supercharger rotor shaft clearance, and clear the pressurized turbine shell and rotor blades on the dust and carbon.

At this time, the turbocharger should be removed from the diesel engine and the metal gasket between the exhaust pipes of the supercharger should be replaced. Not allowed to use mechanical methods to remove the accumulated dirt on the rotor parts, but to use gasoline or other cleaning solutions for cleaning aluminum parts

5, flatbed truck supercharger pressurizer lock nut can not be disassembled, otherwise it will destroy the dynamic balance of the supercharger rotor, causing damage to the supercharger.

Flatbed truck, do not make any has been removed turbocharger rotating parts damaged or deformed by force, otherwise it will affect the balance of the flatbed truck turbo. Similarly do not damage any rubber seals.
