The vehicle is highly practical. It can be successfully started at a temperature from -20℃ to 55℃ and at an altitude of 5000m. The rear of the cabin and the frame are equipped with a hydraulic lifting system with a 360° rotation. Together with 4 hydraulic cantilevers, the hydraulic lifting system is capable of lifting 16 tons. The boom can extend 9 meters with a maximum lifting Angle of 60°. When it is fully extended at 0°, it can lift 1600kg. Maximum rescue of the front winch is 25 tons. The high strength tow coupler at the tail has a towing capacity of 25 tons. The driving area is equipped with 6mm thick bullet-proof steel plates and 39mm thick protective glass, which meet the EN1063-2000 (B6) and STANAG4569 Class I bullet-proof standard. The cabin also contains an air conditioner, adjustable seats, a FM radio, an audio player and so on.

The car uses the Dongfeng Cummins C260 inline six cylinder and a supercharged and inter-cooled diesel engine. The power of the vehicle is 191kw. The axles are equipped with a cast/punch welded axle housing. They have differential locks and the function of wheel side deceleration. The front axle is the 7 tons integral axle, and the middle/rear axle is the 10 tons + 10 tons integral axle. There are six 14.00R20 tyres specific for off-road use, plus a spare tyre. Bullet-proof inner support bodies and central vents are optional for the tyres.
